Appreciate having this insurance on products. I've never had to use it but glad to have it if anything went wrong knowing products would be replaced.

It's a good flavor! Like the disposables. Only thing is that they will either have trouble with leaking resin oil or trouble getting a hit.
Device stopped working after it‘s first recharge. Light still came on, but no oil was getting burnt after.
I don't like the new wrappers..very hard to get product out. I miss the green wax wrapper. The size and strength are less .
