Shipping policy
When your order ships
- Orders placed by 12 PM PT, Monday–Friday, ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM PT ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PT on Friday, or over the weekend, ship Monday.
- On holidays, orders ship the next business day.
- When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Delivery
We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- Orders under $75 pay a $9 flat-rate shipping fee.
- The $75 minimum is based on your subtotal before discounts. If a discount brings your total under $75, you still get free shipping.
Warm weather
Our products ship from South El Monte, CA. We’re not responsible for melting or other heat damage during or after shipping. In hot weather, have your order sent somewhere it won’t sit in the sun or heat.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection by Route is optional and can be added at checkout. It covers orders that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. See our Return & Refund Policy for how to file a claim.
Address issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
Do you ship to my state?
We can’t ship to every state. If your state isn’t available at checkout, we can’t ship there right now. State rules change often, so this list may change without notice.
