I have been a longtime customer and have generally had positive experiences with your products, which is why this particular order was so disappointing.
Both cartridges had significant quality issues from the beginning. The product repeatedly leaked from the top, and a considerable amount of oil ended up leaking inside my bags. Both cartridges also clogged constantly, even though I made a point of keeping them stored upright and handling them carefully.
Because so much oil was lost through leaking and repeated clogging, neither cartridge lasted nearly as long as I reasonably expected. It was especially frustrating to have the same problem with both products in the same order rather than an isolated issue with a single cartridge.
This experience was well below the quality I have come to expect as a returning customer. I paid for two full products but was unable to properly use a substantial amount of what I purchased because of the leaking and clogging. I hope your company takes a closer look at the quality of this batch and addresses the issue.

I have used 86 brand products for a while and I always love what I get. Their customer service is amazing, I recently had an issue with a leaking cart in transit and they sent a replacement within the next few days. I am a loyal customer for good reason!
