Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel a subscription.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you are charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time before the next order is processed. Order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription. You can also log in to your account and open the subscription portal to skip, pause, reschedule, swap, or cancel.

We do not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy.
