THC Disposable Giveaway

By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Eighty Six Group or its designee, which are final and binding in all respects. No purchase necessary to enter the giveaway.

1. Email registration to the Eighty Six newsletter is required to be entered into the giveaway. Each opt-in and form submission will grant up to ten (10) entries to be drawn on the last Wednesday of the giveaway period. Winners must U.S. residents, over the age of 21 and residing in a legal state and are responsible for all potential tax liabilities. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
2. TO ENTER AND RECEIVE: Non-winners of the giveaway will not be rolled over to future giveaways. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, or broken transmissions, or service provider net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or the failure to capture any such information.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is offered only in authorized areas of the United States to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry (does not include Alaska or Hawaii). Void where prohibited by law. The giveaway is not open to giveaway organizers, employees and directors of Eighty Six Group. Restricted areas that are not eligible for shipping of Eighty Six products: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
4. PRODUCT: Product values will vary for each giveaway. Giveaway winners may receive products and/or Eighty Six coupon codes redeemable on www.eightysixbrand.com.
5. ODDS OF RECEIVING: Odds of receiving are based on the number of entries during the giveaway period. Eighty Six Group uses a random number generator to choose giveway recipients and post the result directly on our website, email newsletters, and social channels, along with an email sent directly to the winner to coordinate claiming their prize.
6. RECIPIENT NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The recipient will be notified via email used to opt in to the giveaway. The recipient will be responsible for communicating with Eighty Six Group to receive the product at the address they provide after notification and acceptance.
7. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the giveaway constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Giveaway Rules. In the event the Giveaway is compromised by causes beyond the reasonable control of Eighty Six Group whicch corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the giveaway, Eighty Six Group reserves the right in its sole discretion ro suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway. Should the giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Eighty Six Group reserves the right to award the prize based on the entries received before the termination date.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, or any Product awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
9. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Giveaway Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Eighty Six Group, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Utah, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Utah. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
10. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the giveaway, entrants release Eighty Six Group, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Product (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
11. ORGANIZER: The giveaways are organized by members of Eighty Six Group, whose decisions regarding the selection of recipients and all other aspects of the giveaway shall be final and binding in all respects. Eighty Six Group will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Giveaway Rules or in other materials relating to the giveaway. In order to sign up for the THC disposable giveaway, you need to enter a valid email account. To enter the giveaway, you must register to receive our emailed newsletter. One opt-in and form submission gives you 10 entries into the raffle. The winner will be chosen on the last Wednesday during the giveaway time. We will notify the winner via email as well.

All of the THC products in the giveaway are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. This makes them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, before entering the giveaway or ordering any psychoactive hemp products from our website, it is important to check with your local state to see if we can legally ship to you. Currently, Eighty Six is not able to ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
