Refund & Returns Policy

Eighty Six Group maintains a 30-day return & refund policy beginning from the date you receive your order. However, due to the type of product that we offer, we are not able to exchange or refund our products for any reasons other than a damaged or defective item on delivery.

To start an exchange for a damaged or defective product, you can contact us at info@eightysixbrand.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
